Health Canada has not yet banned this chemical even though it is banned in Australia and the European Community. Apparently Health Canada permits 45 ppm for flour additive. Do Robin Hood flours contain any level of Azodicarbonamide?

Hi There, Robin Hood is in the process of removing Azodicarbonamide from all their flours. Thanks! Sarah

I am so glad to hear that Robin Hood is taking this nasty ingredient out of their flour. I am hoping they will start selling larger bags in our grocery stores as I am now baking all my food from scratch including horse treats which also uses flour.
