Thank you Robin Hood

My grandson is gluten and dairy free, my granddaughter is vegan. The first batch I made with Earth Balance instead of butter, eggs and dark chocolate chips, and added 1/4 cup water, as suggested by another reader. My grandson loved them and took some to a pot luck Christmas party and they were a hit. To change this to vegan, I also used Earth Balance, applesauce to replace the eggs and chopped walnuts instead of chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup water. These are a big hit with my vegan granddaughter. Making my third batch today.

Dry but good!

I don't use the gum but add an extra teaspoon of baking powder to compensate. I also put in chocolate chips, walnuts and raisins. The cookies I make are a bit dry...but I like them that way and they taste very good with a hot cup of coffee.

Gluten Free Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies

I add extra water 1/4 of a cup and then about another 1/8 of a cup of water. And I cook for 14 mins. The cookies are nice and soft and not so crumbly. They stay soft for days

Gluten Free

I baked these cookies for only 8-9 minutes. They look soft but do firm up after cooling. I place them with a spatula on a clean tea towel to cool. These cookies are excellent!. I also place peanut butter chips in place of chocolate chips for a different cookie. Yummy !

Needs to be revised...but edible.

I've made these a few times and I have to say they are pretty good but Robin Hood does have to tweak it a little to make them chewy-er!

I just finished making the chocolate Chip cookies. Can you see my smile?

They were easy to make and the taste is great. Love the flower will be trying more of recipes on here. After cooking with other G F flour This was a snap. Love ,Love it thank you.
