  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose FLour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, milk or semi-sweet

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9” (23cm) square pan with foil and then grease.
  • Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until flour disappears. Batter will be stiff.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, until set and brown around the edges. Toothpick inserted will come out slightly sticky.
