Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup Carnation® Regular Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tbsp Crisco® Canola Oil
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • 6 mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs

  • In bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk in evaporated milk and oil until smooth; stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour mixture into 10 oz (300 mL) mug. Microwave on high for 60 seconds; top with marshmallows and microwave for about 30 seconds or until marshmallows have melted.
  • Remove from microwave and sprinkle with graham crumbs; let cool slightly before serving.
