Chocolate Fudge Brownies
These decadent desserts are sure to put a smile on your kids’ faces. Try them with a scoop of their favourite ice cream.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9” (23cm) square pan with foil and then grease.
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until flour disappears. Batter will be stiff.
- Bake in preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, until set and brown around the edges. Toothpick inserted will come out slightly sticky.
Being prepared is key, so let your kids help get everything together in advance. Have them measure out the foil, line the square pan and grease it too. It’s time to bake!
Your batter will get thicker as you add more flour. To make it easier for your kids to stir, have them use a wooden spoon.
