Chocolate S’mores Mug Cake

1/4 cup 60 mL Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp 30 mL granulated sugar
2 tbsp 30 mL cocoa powder
1/4 tsp 1 mL baking powder
Pinch salt
1/4 cup 60 mL Carnation® Regular Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp 30 ml Crisco® Canola Oil
1 tbsp 15 mL mini dark chocolate chips
6 mini marshmallows
1 tbsp 15 mL graham cracker crumbs


  1. In bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk in evaporated milk and oil until smooth; stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Pour mixture into 10 oz (300 mL) mug. Microwave on high for 60 seconds; top with marshmallows and microwave for about 30 seconds or until marshmallows have melted.
  3. Remove from microwave and sprinkle with graham crumbs; let cool slightly before serving.
