Cinnamon Swirl Oatmeal Muffins
These tasty little muffins will fill your house with the warming scent of cinnamon. Whip them up and you’ll have extra time to convince family and friends just how easy they were to make.
|1 pkg||Robin Hood® Quick Bread Mix Cinnamon Swirl|
|1 cup||250 mL Robin Hood Oats|
|1 cup||250 mL milk|
|3 tbsp||45 mL Crisco® Vegetable or Canola Oil|
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line muffin pans with paper liners.
- Combine quick bread mix, oats, milk, oil and eggs in large bowl. Mix until blended.
- Spoon about 3 tbsp (45 mL) batter into each muffin cup. Sprinkle with 2 tsp (10 mL) swirl mix. Top each muffin with remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining swirl mix.
- Bake in preheated oven 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire cooling rack for 5 minutes. Remove muffins from pan and continue cooling on wire cooling rack.
