Key Lime Pie
|3||egg yolks, beaten|
|1 can||300 mL Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk|
|½ cup||125 mL lime juice|
|2 or 3 drops||green food colouring (optional)|
|1 9”/23cm||graham cracker or prepared frozen pie crust|
|Frozen whipped topping, thawed|
- Preheat oven to 325ºF (160ºC).
- Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food colouring if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve topped with whipped topping or whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
