Chocolate Chip Swirl Cookies

Who knew Chocolate Chip Quick Bread Mix could be used to make cookies? These delicious, ooey-gooey confections will have your whole family excited for their first bite.

Ingredients

1 pkg Robin Hood® Quick Bread Mix Chocolate Chip
¼ cup 50 mL butter, melted
2 eggs
Icing sugar for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine quick bread mix and swirl mix in large mixing bowl. Add melted butter and eggs. Mix well. You will have a firm cookie dough.
  3. Roll a tablespoon (15 mL) dough into a ball. Place on prepared baking sheet. Continue with remaining dough.  Place balls about 2” (5 cm) apart.  Press down slightly.
  4. Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes.  Cool on wire cooling rack. Dust hot cookies with icing sugar.
