Chocolate Chip Swirl Cookies
Makes:about 24 cookies
Who knew Chocolate Chip Quick Bread Mix could be used to make cookies? These delicious, ooey-gooey confections will have your whole family excited for their first bite.
|1 pkg||Robin Hood® Quick Bread Mix Chocolate Chip|
|¼ cup||50 mL butter, melted|
|Icing sugar for garnish|
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine quick bread mix and swirl mix in large mixing bowl. Add melted butter and eggs. Mix well. You will have a firm cookie dough.
- Roll a tablespoon (15 mL) dough into a ball. Place on prepared baking sheet. Continue with remaining dough. Place balls about 2” (5 cm) apart. Press down slightly.
- Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire cooling rack. Dust hot cookies with icing sugar.
