Vanilla Ice Cream
|1 can||300 mL Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk|
|2 tbsp||30 mL vanilla extract|
|2 cups||500 mL whipping cream|
- Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Whip cream in a large bowl of an electric mixer until thick and cream holds its shape. Fold into sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour into 8” x 8” (2 L) square dish. Cover well with plastic wrap and place in freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
